Liability Waiver.

Executed by every guest before entering any Restricted Area or participating in any Society activity. Single-event scope. Co-signed by the sponsoring Society Member.

Guest Release & Waiver of Liability

This Guest Liability Waiver (this "Waiver") is given by the undersigned individual (the "Guest") in consideration of being permitted to enter, occupy, or pass through any Restricted Area at the Society event identified below, and in consideration of being permitted to participate in any Society activity at that event under the sponsorship of the undersigned Society Member.

1. Event Identification.

2. Definitions.

"Society", "Restricted Area", and "Released Parties" have the meanings set forth in the Society's Annual Driving & Track-Day Waiver and are incorporated by reference into this Guest Waiver. The Guest acknowledges that the definitions and scope of the Annual Driving & Track-Day Waiver are deliberately broad and that the same definitions and scope apply to this Guest Waiver.

3. Inspection of Restricted Area.

The Guest acknowledges that the Guest will continuously inspect any Restricted Area entered, accepts each Restricted Area as safe and reasonably suited for the Guest's use, and agrees to immediately notify Society or facility personnel of any condition the Guest perceives as unsafe and to leave the Restricted Area until the condition is resolved.

4. Release, Waiver & Covenant Not to Sue.

The Guest, on behalf of the Guest and the Guest's personal representatives, heirs, assigns, family, next of kin, executors, administrators, and estate, HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the Released Parties from and for any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, in law or in equity, now and for all time, for any and all losses, damages, injuries, illnesses, or death sustained by the Guest, or to any property of the Guest, while the Guest is in, upon, or near any Restricted Area for any reason, or while engaging in or being near any activity related to the Society event, whether such loss, damage, injury, illness, or death is caused by the negligence of any Released Party, including gross negligence, or by any other cause whatsoever.

5. Indemnification.

The Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (i) the Guest's presence at the Society event, (ii) the conduct of the Guest, or (iii) damage caused by the Guest or any vehicle or property in the Guest's control.

6. Assumption of Risk.

The Guest HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR, AND ALL RISK OF, ANY BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE the Guest may suffer due to the Guest's presence at the Society event or any participation in any Society activity, including but not limited to the inherent and extreme risks of motor racing, high-performance driving, paddock activity, mechanical failure, debris, weather conditions, and the negligent or wrongful acts of any other person or entity.

7. Acknowledgment of Extreme Danger.

The Guest HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ALL ACTIVITIES AT THE SOCIETY EVENT (including all driving, racing, practice, paddock, instructional, and related activities, and all activities within any Restricted Area) ARE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and involve the risk of property damage, serious bodily injury, paralysis, and death. The Guest HEREBY ASSUMES ALL RISKS INHERENT IN SUCH ACTIVITIES no matter how any damage, injury, illness, or death may be caused, or regardless of the severity.

8. Health Representation.

The Guest represents and warrants that the Guest is in good physical and mental health, has no known condition that would prevent the Guest from participating safely in the activity scope identified in §1, and has personal medical/health insurance to cover any accident, injury, or illness that may occur in connection with the Society event.

9. Driving Activity.

If the Guest is participating in any on-track driving (whether as driver or passenger), the Guest further represents that the Guest holds a valid driver's license, holds (where applicable) any competition or school credential required for the activity scope identified in §1, and has reviewed the activity-specific safety briefing provided by the Society or the facility. The Guest acknowledges that any vehicle the Guest operates must comply with the Society's, Operations Partner's, and facility's safety and equipment requirements.

10. Two-Waiver Acknowledgment.

The Guest acknowledges that this Society Guest Waiver does not displace any waiver required by the specific facility hosting the Society event. The Guest agrees to execute any additional waivers required by the facility, sanctioning body, or partner at the time of the event.

11. Member Sponsorship.

The undersigned Society Member sponsors the Guest's attendance at the Society event, accepts joint responsibility for the Guest's conduct, indebtedness, and waiver compliance during the event, and indemnifies the Society for any breach of this Guest Waiver by the Guest.

12. Severability and Scope.

This Waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the law of the State of Georgia. If any portion of this Waiver is found to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Acknowledgment.

The Guest acknowledges that the Guest has had adequate time to read this Waiver, has done so, fully understands its terms, including that the Guest has given up substantial rights by signing it, gives up those rights freely and voluntarily, and intends the Guest's signature below to constitute a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowable by the law of the State of Georgia.
