Founding Member Agreement

The master contract. Membership grant, founder rate lock, transfer mechanics, member privileges, conduct, dispute resolution, governing law.

Annual Driving & Track-Day Waiver

The master driving waiver. Covers all Society track days, manufacturer days, member driving days, and instructional sessions. Signed once per calendar year. Notarization required.

Cup Participation Addendum

Signed before each TPS GT Cup race weekend, on top of Doc 02. Adds exhibition-racing risks (including wheel-to-wheel contact) and FARA USA-specific scrutineering & conduct requirements above and beyond track-day driving.
